How to Register

Before registering be sure you have taken the prerequisites for any course you want to take.

Please register early. You can register on-line, by e-mail, by fax or by telephone.

To register online select the course you are interested in, choose the date and click on enroll. If you you do not have an account click on 'Register Now'. Log into the system and select the course again.

To register by telephone, call Kerry Sheehan at (781) 687-9000 ext. 227. When registering by telephone, please be ready with your name, course title, preferred date, and credit card billing information.

Payment is due in full two weeks prior to the start of the class. Payment may be made by check should be made out to MCR Technologies, LLC. Charges for returned checks will apply.

Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Class Information

Because late arrivals disrupt class flow, we ask that you plan your arrival 20 minutes prior to class start time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your seat may be given to a client on standby. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will not be admitted to the class.

Audio and video recording devices are not permitted in classes. MCR, LLC. Reserves the right to change class names, prices, dates, times, content, and other policies without prior notification. Classes are subject to cancellation.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee if cancelled within fifteen (15) days prior to a class start date. Student substitution or transfer to another MCR class will be allowed if notified five (5) days prior to the start of the class. Refunds, credits, transfers, or substitutions will not be granted if a student fails to show up for a scheduled class. Payments for cancellations will result in a credit valid for one year (refundable upon request) from date of cancelled class.

All classes are subject to cancellation. When a class is cancelled, MCR assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets, transportation expenses, or lodging expenses.

Severe Weather Closing Policy

Should the federal government close due to severe weather, classes will not be conducted. School closings, liberal leave policies, and delayed openings will not affect our normally scheduled class start time.
